Workflows
Workflows connect workers to work. Each workflow says: “this worker needs to do this work at this site, following these requirements.”
Creating a workflow
Section titled “Creating a workflow”- Go to Workflows in the sidebar
- Click New Workflow
- Select a worker
- Select a thing (site, equipment, etc.)
- Attach requirements (checklists, photo requirements)
- Set priority and due date
The worker receives the workflow immediately on their phone.
Workflow lifecycle
Section titled “Workflow lifecycle”- Pending — assigned but not yet started
- Active — worker has begun capturing events
- Complete — all requirements met
- Archived — removed from active view (kept for records)
Monitoring progress
Section titled “Monitoring progress”Managers can see:
- Which workflows are active
- How many requirements are complete
- When the last event was captured
- Worker location at last capture
Recurring workflows
Section titled “Recurring workflows”For regular work (daily inspections, weekly maintenance), create recurring workflows. Proofwork automatically generates new workflows on schedule.
