Data we collect
Section titled “Data we collect”Proofwork collects only the data necessary to verify field work:
- Account information (name, email, phone)
- Event data (photos, GPS, timestamps, notes)
- Worker and workflow data
How we use it
Section titled “How we use it”Your data is used exclusively to provide the Proofwork service:
- Displaying events to you and your team
- Generating verification reports
- Enabling API access
We do not sell, share, or monetize your data.
Data retention
Section titled “Data retention”Events are permanent by design — they form the verifiable ledger. You can archive old data, but events are never deleted unless you explicitly request account deletion.
Security
Section titled “Security”- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest
- API keys are hashed and cannot be recovered after generation
- Access is role-based (owner, supervisor, worker)
