Privacy

We collect what we need to run Day of Plenty for you, and nothing else. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it except to run the service (hosting, messages, payments) or when the law says we must.

What we collect

  • Who you are: your name and phone number, which is how you sign in.
  • Who you work with: the businesses you belong to, your role and your skills.
  • The work: shifts, projects, checklists, the photos, scans and notes you add, and when and where you added them.
  • What you say: comments and messages on the work.

What we use it for

  • Showing you and your team the work: who is on, what is done, and the proof.
  • Sending you messages about the work, in the app or on WhatsApp.
  • Reports for the business you work for.

Who sees it

The business you work for sees the work you do for them. If you work for more than one, each one sees only its own. People on a project see that project.

How long we keep it

We keep the record of the work while the business's account is open, because it is the proof that the work was done. When an account closes, ask us and we delete its data.
