No. You set up your account yourself when you sign up: tell us what you do and it sets up your projects, checklists and people for you. If you'd like a hand, ask us.
Yes, 30 days, with no card. Everything is on. Choose a plan when you're ready.
We count the different people on your live projects, the ones not yet done or archived. Someone on three projects counts once. Owners, managers and supervisors always count, because they run the account. Clients never count. Someone on no live project doesn't count, so your pool of freelancers costs nothing until they go on a job.
Nothing you already have stops working. When the next person or file would go past your plan, the app says so and lists your options: take someone off a project, archive a project you're done with, remove a file, or move up a plan. We never add a charge for going over.
Notifications still show in the app. They are not sent on WhatsApp until your next month starts, and we ask you whether to move up to the next plan.
Not while you stay. You keep the price you signed up at. If we change our prices, that's a new plan for new accounts. Your plan doesn't change.
Yes. You pay month by month, with no contract. When you cancel, you keep using it until the end of the month you've paid for, and you can take your data with you.
